[Resolved] Tej Courier — Delivery not done properly | |||
Hi, Icici bank send courier by tej courier service, from mumbai to pune but delivery boy attend only once at home and they send my courier return to bank. Tej Courier Karad Branch Manager not good communication to customers & courier office delivery not in time

The delivery boy has taken the courier for delivery 6 days ago and still not delivered. His phone number is switched off and I even visited the place where he sits but no one knows him there. None of the contact Numbers given on Tej courier website are answering to any of my calls. What am I supposed to do in such situation ? No liability from Tej courier side. This guys don’t understand how important it is for the customer. Please help as soon as possible
