On friday, 6th october 2018, parcel was given to tej couriers in kolhapur to deliver that in pune. And tej courier committed to deliver that parcel on saturday, 7th of october. Now its tuesday[protected], and yet we didn't receive that parcel. I request you to take necessary action to this situation. And also take care that this will not happen again in future. The consigned parcell has been booked on 3rd November but till date not deliver & customer care also unable to identify the status of the docket . even customer care not picking the phone & also several time discussed but they r not responding .
