I had paid a booking fee for INR 10, 000 for a RE bike at Teknik Motors, Indiranagar on 14th April 2023 with the promise of delivery in a month's time.

However, with absolutely no update from them after the stipulated time (and seeing countless cases o[censored]nacceptable delay duration online and from friends), I cancelled the booking on 17th May 2023 and was promised the refund by 20th May 2023.

Even after multiple follow-ups, as on 28th May 2023, I am still yet to receive the refund amount.

    Hi team,

    I have experienced the worst as a customer with this customer representative team of tekink motors. I received my after hustling soo with these guys. But its been more than 4 months now I haven't got RC book.! When I Text him he says to check with RTO office.
    Inspite of paying extra amount.

    I want register a compliant for their thier worse behaviour n not providing services as promised....

    I gave my vehicle for service on Friday (3rd February 2023) morning at 9:30 am. I told them I needed complete service of my vehicle as it's been a long time. They said they would give a quotation by evening. Until today 7th Feb 2023 haven’t received it yet. I need to call them daily but there is no response. I need to escalate this matter to the next level.

      Dealer has not provided Vehicle number and Registration since more than 2 months. I have been making calls and visiting multiple times at the store as well but with no luck. They don't receive my calls and every-time when i visit, they make false promises that You will receive it in next 2-3 days.

        Worst service and no respect to customers

        Respected sir/madam

        I'm writing this email to inform you about my concern with the Teknik motors, Indiranagar showroom.
        Im having very bad experience with them, as they are not providing proper response and doesn't behave with customers.
        In the name of booking they are taking money and then they don't deliver after and also doesn't respond.
        We have been calling them for more than 50times now. We have paid...

        After delivery poor customer service

        My Orange Ember classic 350 was delivered on 6th March 2021. Purchased it from Indira Nagar RE showroom. Despite negative reviews before, I still went ahead and purchased it. They promised within 15-20 days I will get my Registration number and smart card etc... today 10th April also I went and they submitted my details to RTO on 7th April 2021. One month delayed.

        Still today I asked fir number plate and they refused stating...

        I am an owner of a royal enfield classic 350 bearing regn. Number kl 58 m 8179.I have given my bike for paid service three times till date @ teknik motors.My last service was done on 11th of june.My bike had an electrical problem since march and that was the first time i had given my bike at teknik motors.I was charged about rupees 5000 then and i was told that the problem is fixed.The actual problem with the bike is that the engine just goes off while the bike is running, ie, a complete breakdown state.It has been just one and a half years since i've brought my bike.Now the bike is still in a breakdown state.I had paid above rupees 5000 for all my three services done at teknik motors.They had replaced many things from my bike as well.When i contacted them, they showed a really poor response.Moreover, i had to keep my bike over there for three days everytime i had given for a service.My bike is my only mode of transportation and i had to face great personal losses only because of this reason.The first time i had given my bike, i couldn't even attend my own sister's wedding as my bike was with these people.My friend had also met with an accident as the engine went off while riding.Royal enfield is a trusted brand and due to service centres like teknik motors, i am now losing the trust in my bike as well as the brand.I request the bike to be fixed as well as a refund.

        TEKNIK Motors is very bad at its service.No proper commitments will be given. Very bad service.worst service center i have seen anywhere till now
        We request royal enfield management to cancel the license for TEKNIK motors.

        Please dont book your bike from this showroom
        I booked my classic 350 redditch red at this bloody showroom and the delivery date is uncertain... there response toward customer is horrible...worst behavior from staffs...please guys it's my humble request never book your bike at TEKNIK MOTORS BANGALORE

          hi fellow re riders, I want to share one of my experiences so you dont have to face this and be aware of . i had bought my thunderbird twinspark from teknik motors indira nagar on jan 2010 and ever since gave my bike for regular service trusting those guys. There was a mechanic in teknik motors (name not disclosed) who used to service my bike when ever i gave them, 6 months later my bike started giving some sproket issues and some weird noise while applying rear brake. i then went to teknik motors indira nagar and asked the regular mechanic to inspect the issue .on my way from domlur to indra nagar i had filled fuel for 400 RS and the fuel needle was on Half tank. the mechanic said he will do a test ride and check, he went off with my bike i felt suspicious because he took almost 5-10 minutes to come back, he came back 10 minutes later and adjusted brake and issue seemed to be fixed . i noticed the fuel needle was almost E and i checked for any leakage in fuel pipe and noticed some grece in the petrol pipe near carburator and realised the mechanic was busy stealing fuel. I then reasised those guys are crooks and now regularly give my bike to some good known mechanics other than the authorised crooks.

            Hi,
            I have booked RE classic 350 in May 2012 at TEKNIK MOTORS IBBLUR village. When I called up the showroom on Dec 2012 they told me still there are 21 persons before to me and they told in the month of Jan 2013 they will deliver the vehicle.
            But when I went in m id of Jan 2013 they are telling that still I need to wait for another 6 months. As per the booking invioive they had mentioned that the waiting period is 8 to 10 months. But now suddenly they are saying that the waiting period has changed to 12 to 14 months.
            If this was told to me while booking then i would not have booked the vehicle only.
            We do understand that the waiting period is maximum of 8 months but its already 10 months crossed I have not yet got the vehicle.
            If i try callinf that show room manager Raju(), He says he will process it immediately, but he is simply commiting the wrong commitments.
            Really customers are suffering by this Teknik motors. They are not able to satisfy the customers. They are giving the correct commitment date.
            My sincere request for everyone is PLEASE DONT BOOK your BIKE from this TEKNIK MOTORS

            TEKNIK Motors is very bad at its service. Manager RAJU is one of waste fellow. No proper commitments will be given. Very bad service.
            We request royal enfield management to cancel the license for TEKNIK motors.

            Please dont book your bike from this showroom
            TEKNIK Motors is very bad, Please shut down the show room. Raju the manager is not fit for his job.
