I had ordered Flip Case + Screen Guard for Infocus M2. The Invoice No: S61AE8/15-16/8978 and Invoice Date: 5 June 2015. Order No: [protected] and Sub - Order No: [protected]. The consignment was delivered on 7/June/2015 and I paid thro' COD amounting to Rs.335. After opening the consignment, only the Flip Case was present while the screen guard was missing. On 8/June/2015, I raised a complaint stating partial delivery. Today June 9, 2015 the link on Snap Deal states that the 7 day return period is over. Only 2 days have gone, on receipt of the consignment. There is no response to my complaint. This is gross deficiency of service. Regards, Paul
