Hi,
I have made a echallan payment of rs.132011.80.00 through sbi epay gateway, the amount has been debited from my account however the challan has not been generated, refund not credited.
Date of incident:12-June-2018
Amount of 132011.80
Ref no.[[protected]IG ADSFIJX7]
Sbi epay account No:[[protected]],
SBI compliant Register with Ticket No.:[protected]
Normally if transaction fails the amount is refunded back within 7 working days /24 hrs, however its more than 10 days still its pending,
please provide my found returned.

Did your money got refunded ???
Even I am planning to pay echallan using Netbanking and today made a test payment. As you guys mentioned I also got Registration Fai! please try again screen (see the attachment). But I checked the status with challan number and passcode, it showed bank payment was successful and take a print out. Then I took the printout (see the attachment)
After seeing this, I think issue here is transaction is successful and even that data was successfully sent to TS Regustration website but this guys have issue in webpage which shows it as regisration failed eventhough it succeeded.

Paid e-challan for couple of times for NALA
1) I don't one of survey no. in prohibition land list
2) Due to some loan mortgage registration & NALA applications : both can't processed at a time
Finally, I canceled all the time my e-challan waiting for more than 6 months but no refund done until now
After lot of efforts RDO & Collector officer said e-challan refund money for all not release by Gov. Telangana
Means Gov. enjoying to see all this parked money in their accounts
=> In conclusion I paid more than 90K as e-challan and crying every time to get refund
What a great Dharani => Open your eyes my dear officers & release all this refund money

The above amount is debited to our account but this amount is showing as transaction failed in your web site. Bankers are saying this amount is paid. Till today my problem is not solved. Please solve my problem immediately.
