Telangana Registration Department — Telangana Registration Department online challan payment: amount debited but echallan is not generated

Dear sir,

This is Sai, I have made an echallan payment of rs.41000 through sbi epay gateway (Through hdfc bank), the amount has been debited from my account however the challan has not been generated.

Date of incident: 13-Jul-2021
Amount : 41000.00

I would like to provide the challan numbers as well if needed.

There is no further details on the payment and who is responsible for this.
Please suggest on this issue for farther communication.
