[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — applied new connection through online but not received | |||
Dear team, I have applied new connection for my house online through www.tssouthernpower.com registration no: nr[protected]. But i didn't the meter or any call regarding that from the power office. When i checked the status of my application online it says service released and the ticket is closed. How can you close the new connection ticket without even contacting us. Moreover you have updated with the false status stating you have provided the connection. Please find the attached photos of new connection registrations. Please help me.
