[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — applied new connection through online but not received

Dear team,

I have applied new connection for my house online through www.tssouthernpower.com registration no: nr[protected]. But i didn't the meter or any call regarding that from the power office. When i checked the status of my application online it says service released and the ticket is closed.

How can you close the new connection ticket without even contacting us. Moreover you have updated with the false status stating you have provided the connection.

Please find the attached photos of new connection registrations.

Please help me.

Updated by NikhilBhoga I didn't get the meter or any kind of communication for new connection from TS Power but the online status shows the service is released. Its been 10 days I have registered for new connection, unfortunately I didn't get it.

Updated by NikhilBhoga ok. I though you would take any action against it from your end by contacting the AE of Karwan and tell them to do their job. As of my knowledge the AE would surely get the instruction automatically for new connection which is applied through online. I'm not sure why am I pushed to reach AE and remind them to do their part of job. What is the use of this customer care when you are not at all helpfull.
