Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — arrears after 1st april,19

Hi, my service number is[protected].
Till now i have paid the electricity bills with in due time.
But this month i received a bill of 1176 rs. Which includes arrears rs 569.
May i know the reason of this arrears.

And also want to know the reason of bill generation is after 32 days. Due to the delay in bill generation causes slab change and bill amount is getting more than expected.

Please have a look on this and do the needful.
