Bill no. 1539.

Sir, i received a bill for 1205 units (Which is present unit) of amount 10170.00 rs, without deducting the previous reading of 1169 unit. Actual unit consumption is only 36 units[protected] units). My regular bill from last 20 months is not more than 300 rs. Its my request is correct the mistake and revise the bill.

For you information i have attached the image of bill.

TSSPDCL person came on home, he checked the bill and meter. He he has taken back the bill and informed that your bill will revised. Within next two days I have received the revised bill.

Bill generated from the period of 11/05/2017 to 09/06/2017 considering the unit 1205. But, actual present reading is 1205 and previous reading is 1169. Bill was generated without deducting the previous reading. Its request to revise the bill accordingly.
