USC:[protected]S.C.B.[protected]. The billing executive has NOT done meter reading before billing for August month. He had directly billed it as 40 units. Then in September, he added the preceding units unbilled in August in the September bill and manipulated the reading to 222 units in September. Thus, he is making the tariff from LTCat-I(B)i slab to LTCat-I(B)ii slab. Please take appropriate action. Kindly also see that the meter reading is done on the same date every month.
