[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — charging of electricity bill on the basis of wrong slab | |||
Sir/madam As per government issued advisory during lockdown due to corona i have paid the electricty bill for the month of (March-april=rs 2335/-) & (April-may=rs 2529/-) based on the bills of 2019 for the same respective period. However in the month of june i have recieved a bill of rs 5073/- based on the meter reading of the past 3 months and slab has been applied according resulting in high charges for me. I would request you to apply the correct slab based on reading of last 1 month only and rectify the charges to be paid by me. Sc no. C5004197 Usc:[protected] Ero-a.
