Hi - i have applied for new meter online - nr[protected]. I got the meter on 1st july, 2019, but there is no connection to the pole yet. I am repeatedly calling the person incharge there - kethavath srinu - [protected], but there is no proper response. Dont know how many days should we wait. Will these guys expect any amount to be given to them. How can a common man get proper services if govt institutions are like this.
