Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Continuous power cut since 2 days

Power cut problem is continuing since 2 days there is no power since 2 days I am trying to call the rajendranagar substation no one is responding since 2days the staff is lifting the call and telling problem is from above I did not understanding meaning of that and not lifting the call if I alm them again please resolve the problem
