Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Electricity Bill has incorrect arrear added | |
Respected Sir/Madam, USC :[protected] Meter number : 5398110, PH : 3 Units : 1525 Date : 11/May/2021 to 09/June/2021 I received an inflated bill this month i.e. June 2021 and previous month i.e. May 2021. However, I have paid the bill last month, but this is certainly an issue caused after my meter was changed few months ago. Though, the billing amount is coming as per the readings in the meter, but the readings are too high given we have been using the same appliance for many months and my bill was never this high. Moreover, I have been told by the person who generates the bill copy at our door step, that an additional arrear of Rs. 2850.00 has been added for meter replacement which I never requested for. The previous meter was running fine and it was not stuck as well. One day, I was approached by the bill distributor/lineman stating that my meter had one wire burnt due to power fluctuation in the area and needs replacement, which will be free of cost.
