Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Electricity Bill no. 0090 dated 11 Jan 23 was paid online but not payment not updated in tsspdcl site

Dear Sir,

I Ravi teja, paid an amount of Rs. 654 against TSSPDCL bill no. 0090 dated 11 Jan 23 via Mobikwik app on 18 Jan 23.

Payment was done successfully but the paid amount not updated in TSSPDCL webiste

It is requested that please check my transection and update the bill at the earliest.

If the payment was not received from Mobikwik app. please provide a written confirmation that the amount is not received from mobikwik app so that I can get the refund amount from Mobikwik.
