My bill amount rs.421/- of bill no. 0034 ero no. 011 banjara hills, road no. 12 hyderabad. My yearly average unit consumption is maximum 3 unit per day but in the month of sept my electricity bill did not work properly and all other apartment bill was generated on 04.10.2019 but my bill is generated on 12.10.2019, due to delay of bill generation my electricity bill is 421/- and then the electricity department change my meter but i dont know whether the meter is correct or not. Due to changing meter my electricity bill of the month of october is rs.446 of only 22 days. And i have only fan, tubelight. No other equipments like refrigerator, ac tv etc. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 08, 2019 Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear Consumer, As you meter is struck up in October so the bill was generated based on average consumed units in last three consecutive months whose bills were generated under live status (01) leaving preceding month, the new meter has not recorded exact months consumption . so this month's bill was also been issued for same average units, for more queries your are requested to contact AE/Op/Filmnagar [protected]. Sir I agree with your answer but the bill of oct month should also generated on same average unit i.e. 3 but not generated average unit. It was generated on 5 unit. And when I contact AE/op they not supporting me
