I am rajkumar from nizampet e r o kukatpally service no[protected]. my old meter was replaced with new one in oct'16 due to some short circuit issue and no gurantee/warranty receipt was given for that and november month my bill is rs:1159 for the period 12-oct'16 to 5-nov-16. normally my monthly usage is rs: 200 to rs:500. i contacted customer service via mail they simply resolved the request complaint no. cc[protected] saying that pls contact bachupally ae. so i contacted ae via phone and i explained the problem to him, he said to me one of your earlier month bill was high so system calculation will take highest bill so that is why you got that high bill and suggested me to come to his office for clarification, i contacted staff there but thu suggested to contact ae. again i contacted him on phone regarding the issue i remembered my issue he said to me that he would attend 200 to 300 calls daily and asked me to explain the issue again, i explained him again then he suggested to come to office. on saturday (19th nov 2016) i went to bachupally office but no ae there, i met lineman who changed my meter, i asked him about the issue and he simply said you only got 1159 rupees, some other people got 4k to 5k, and from next month you wont get this much bill if you have any concerns, go to jntu electricity office for clarification. there needs to be serious action this, no quality service, no reliability, monopoly, arrogant behaviour, no proper explanation to customers. electricity department should remember that we are paying the money for what we are using, why we should pay extra amount for what we are not using.
