[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — excess reading and heavy bill due to delay in bill generation by tsspdcl | |||
We normally recieve the electricity bill for rs 300-500 per month. Due to summer season, march-april'19 bill was rs 1260. The usual billing date is 3rd/4th of every month. But there has been a delay of over 10 days, and today we have recieved the bill for an amount of rs 4331 for 40 days, ie, 3rd april to 13th may19. Why should i pay when the dept is irresponsible and negligent in billing on time? I request you to waive off the excess amount, and allow me to pay rs 1300/- only. Infact, i would be more than happy if you accept your mistake and waive off total billed amount. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
