Dear sir/madam I'm receiving exorbitant power bills for my domestic power metre. What is more surprising is that when the door was locked for two months, i was billed for more than rs.1200. Is this billing justifiable? In view of the above, i request the tsspdcl to replace the Faulty meter and provide me relief. Verified Support Oct 24, 2018 Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear consumer, As per our records it is noticed that your bill are being generated based on IF port reading red by the meter without manual intervention.If you still have doubt on energy meter reading you may lodge a complaint at ICSC/AC gaurds for meter challenge test and contact Ae/op/Asif nagaar ([protected]) for detailed information in this regard .
