Hi, I am getting extra bill amount to my house, in my house we dont have any power consuming things like (Washing machine, air conditioner, heater, cooler, fridge.. Etc) we have tv only, but we are getting nearly rs 450 in every month, i dont know how and why it is happening, i know unit price has increased but for only tv and lights will not consume above 100 units right?, so please consider this mail and solve this problem as soon as possible. There has been no electricity connection for 12 hrs and if the light comes then it is having low voltage. So, i kindly request you to look into my matter as soon as possible.
