Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — I have submitted a new washerman meter past a month ago still no response

I have submitted a new washerman meter application a month ago and no response from the operater i have went to aske the reason they have told me to get the permission letter from GHMC. I went to GHMC they have told no need any permission and then i went to current office to confirm there is no permission needed and he told me hill issue a meter but no response past a week. I need this to solve ASAP please do something or take action on the current officer
