I am G. MOHAN RAO, paid Dec month electricity bill (415/-) twice in Dec 2016. The transactions made from ICICI Credit Card (paid on 15/12/2016) and HDFC Credit Card (9/12/2016) for Dec 2016 month electricity bill, but current bill (i.e. Jan 2017) was not reflected excess amount which I paid in Dec 2016.

Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear Consumer,

The amount has been credited to to TSSPDCL and your bill got adjsuted but still you need to Rs.16/- more, This -ve arrears details and adjustment details will not be reflected in the bill and part payments may not be accepted through any of the online modes, so pay this balance amount at ERO Kukatpally on any working day befor due date or at TSSPDCL bill counter after 20th of this month but before due date.for more details, mail us on [protected]@tssouthernpower.com
