I am v sri rama krishna a tenant of s satyanarayana. I paid my current bill twice i.e., on 15th of december and on 29th of december of this year. Service no.:[protected] and unique service no.:[protected]. Transaction id on 29th dec is T[protected] paid through meeseva and reference id on 15th december is[protected] paid through axis bank online. Please check it and refund in next month's bill.

If your next month bill amount <= Rs 681/- then no need to pay the bill else pay the balance amount by deducting Rs 681/- from the bill amount at ERO Champapet on all working days before due date (or) if ERO is very far then you can make part payment at bill counter's only after 20th, before due date and additional charges will be levied if the due date is crossed (or) as soon as the bill gets generated, you can pay the part payment using bill desk before your bill data is updated online.

Hi, by mistake I done payment twice, once from TSSPDCL portal and another from citi bill payment(registered in biller payments). Attached both the bills for reference. Initially I felt it will adjust for next month. But next bill generated as usual. Please help to refund or adjust to next month bill amount.
