I am staying in luxor park, pjr enclave chandanagar hyderabad. On july month the bill generation has discrepancy due to the manual generation of bill. As i know my consumption level of power units at home. I always get the power bill on an average 800rs but this time they charged me 1400+ and the next subsequent month in august i got only 200 which means the last month bill is generated wrongly which makes me pay more. I want my amount which excess paid back.

Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear Consumer,

If you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/Op/Miyapur [protected] in this regard.

1. Will the MRT report contains my daily consumption of electricity?
