Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Issue regarding bill payment

I have paid the electricity bill from the airtel payment bank for the amount of Rs 5986 for the unique service ID:[protected].
But it is showing as due on the website. I have attached the photos of the payment details in airtel app, upi screenshot and bank statement from the bank on the date 14th april 2021 .

I have contacted airtel payment bank they said the payment is successful from their end
