[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — meter issued to fix at my premises but, not yet fixed till date.

I am resident of pno. 05, sivanandapuri colony, dammaiguda and applied for domestic connection. I recd sms on 4th jan 2017 from vk-tsspdc that meter was issued against registration no. Nr[protected]. Till today meter was not fixed in my premises and in sept'17 got a call to pay current bill of rs. 505.00 and in oct'17 got sms to pay rs. 5, 880.00. (Sms from tsspdcl "electricity bill for uscno no[protected] for the month of oct'17 is issued for rs. 5880. Please oat before[protected]". Request to look into it & give me solution. I think allocated meter was given to a different resident and bill is coming to me.

Updated by MDurga Today around 9.35 AM, I received a call from current office, (Nagaram linemen) to inform that if I don't pay the bill amount of Rs. 5, 880.00 my meter connection will be disconnected and I will not be given meter connection in future. I have explained in length the issue and requested to check where exactly the meter was fixed & rectify the same.
Again around 5.53 PM, received a call from dammaiguda linemen and enquired about the complaint. Explained him the issue in length and he has confirmed that he will look into it.
I thank TSSPDCL for the initiation and request to resolve the issued immediately and fix the meter at my resident at the earliest.

Updated by MDurga Finally, TSSPDCL team has put their entire efforts in resolving the issue and rectified the same.
In short, meter which was allotted to me was fixed at a different consumer resident (by oversight) and it was traced after the complaint was lodged. Then that was (meter) fixed at my resident.
I thank AE of Nagaram and team, who has put their efforts in getting the bill rectified and now that I have received regular bill i.e. for the month of Jan'18 which I have paid. Attached bill & payment proof for the same.
I once any thank & appreciate TSSPDCL team in resolving my issue.
