Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Meter scan is not working with meter reading machine and meter status-02

Hi Team,

Below mentioned meter has an issue to scan the reading with meter reading machine and the team mentioned as meter status -02.

Meter is running and the meter reading values are not very bright.

Please let me know whether meter need to replaced and if so, customer need to pay anything and if yes, why can't be free of cost as it may be issue with any voltage issue from electricity department?
