Hi, i have an issue with our electricity bill. This month i got the bill for rs.5650/-. But my usual bill amount will be around 2000/-. I checked with the person who scanned the meter. He told me that our meter got stuck. So i need to pay rs. 5650 till they change the meter and he added that this amount cannot be adjusted later. My average unit usage is 250 per month. What to do now? I'm stuck.
