Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Money got deducted but bill payment not succeeded

On April 24th, I made 2 transaction of 189.77/- through ICICI net banking for paying electricity bill (187/-), the amount got deducted from the account but transaction was not succeeded.
I was in confusion to pay the bill.
please update in my billing (i made payment two times for one bill)
