Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Money not credited to my account since 3 months

I am complaining to have the below said amount adjusted towards future months bill. Our USC # is[protected]M Indira Priyadarshini). I made a payment on 2/9/2021 towards the monthly electricity bill via Airtel app. but it is still not showing in my payment history and, Airtel claims that the amount has been credited to the Beneficiary account. The amount was for Rs. 1169 and transaction # is[protected] made on 2/9/2021. Pls see attached for further info. I have been emailing them since two weeks to their customer service but no response has been received till now. Pls help me with the situation.
