In reply to your customer service reply... I want to submit the following lines for your consideration... How can they say that the meter is struck., when we are away from the house from 23rd august to visit usa. And we switched off the main to avoid short circuits., and you say simply put under meter struck up status.. Please also see my previous bill history which shows several thousands we paid from april to august 2018., when we were in india (Stayed in the above house at hyderabad) I request you., please see my issue is closed soon.. Which is 100% justifiable., and made arrangements to adjust the bill with minimum amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

As the last date of the bill payment is fastly approaching (20th October2018)
kindly do the needful before 20th October.
