[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — paid electricity bill twice - amount not adjusted | |||
I have paid my bill twice in the Month of June 2019, amount Rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st June, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th June 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice the amount has been deducted. Both the mode of payment was online. Sc no: [protected] Usc:[protected] I thought that the amount would be adjusted, but again I got a fresh bill of Rs. 3142 for September 2019. I am attaching the bill payment proofs as well. Please check i have paid the same amount twice. Please check, this amount should be adjusted from the extra Rs. 10, 000 that I have paid in June 2019. Was this information helpful? | |||
