Hi Sir,
This is regarding the disconnection of power supply before the payment due date. We have received huge bill amount for the Dec 2018 month due to faulty meter reading.It was corrected and line man has provided us new bill on 14th Dec with bill date as 14th Dec and payment due date as 28th Dec.
Yesterday by the time I reach home there was no power supply but I thought it was normal power cut. But even by today morning there was no power supply. I wanted to know why before the completion of bill payment due date our power supply was disconnected. The new bill was provided to us on 14th and due date is extended to 28th generally it will be 18th of every month. For this month there was an issue with meter so the bill cycle is changed and it not our fault right. Then how come the power connection will be disconnected.
I have paid bill today morning and attached the new bill and payment copy for your reference. I have informed concerned lineman of our area regarding this issue he said he will look into this. My intention here is to inform such type of incidents to higher officials so that they might understand our problems. What's the mistake from our end we can pay bill on or before 28th Dec right.
Please provide the exact reason for this issue and let me know the details for disconnection.
