Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Rebilled for last month again which I already paid

Address:TSSPDCL ERO: Jeedimetla, SEC: Pragathi nagar

I have paid electricity bill for duration 06/Nov/22 to 09/Dec/22 via online website on 21/Dec/22. I got success message and also the amount is debited from bank account. Now in this months bill dated 09/Dec/22 to 11/Jan/23 i have been billed again for 299 rupees as arrears. I have done online payment since many years but it never happened like this. Very dissapointing. I am a senior citizen and cannot go to your office. My USC number is[protected]. Please correct the bill amount.

It also happen to me, I visited my nearest TSSPDCL office, but no response from them, they are doing cheating like this, this is not at all fair
