Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — regarding excess bill

Last month that is in march the bill was 231 rupees only.
In april i got the billing amount as 1416 rupees

We are out of station coz of lockdown n stuck at other place. So, i guess we didnot consume more electricity. So i think i should be getting the least bill coz we are not home since a month.
