Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Regarding payment of electricity bill twice

I have paid July 2020 bill late and it was included as previous arrears in AUgust bill and i overlooked the bill and paid twice.but the amount paid extra was not reflected in September bill. Please look into this and help us update the bill so we can retrive the extra money paid.
