[Resolved] Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — regarding stuck up electricity meter | |||
Hello, i'm a tenant staying at an individual house at ayyappa society, madhapur hyderabad. For two consecutive months my meter consumption is shown 213 units stating the bill for 1166 rupees. I checked online and it says meter was stuck up. I asked house caretaker, she said that the meter was changed. Which i wasn't aware of. I wanted to whats's the process for the clarification for it, i can't these heavy bills every month. I wanted to know how (If) it can be balanced or cleared up. Verified Support Oct 20, 2018 Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear consumer, Sir, It is to inform you that 1)If the meter struck up it will takes 3Months average automatically(software created by TSSPDCL authorities). 2)There is no fault from ur side .thatway the department replaced the meter by own, without collecting any charges.u need not to pay any excess amount, u have to pay only units used by ur side.
