In reference to my so many complaints in October 2019., there is no use at all.. In this month ( November 2019) my bill amount showing 1794/- even though we are not at all used a single UNIT of current since 24h AUGUST 2019. intentionally or by mistake you are sending high bills. & burdening senior citizens like me..
if this is the way your service is I am constrained to go for JUSTICE in the court of Law..
For clarification when I phoned AE to his mobile number.. it always says OUT OF COVERAGE AREA during office timings.. Then who will answer for my clarification.. Was this information helpful? |
