Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — unauthorised connection from our apartment

I am resident of Sesha Sai apartment., bearing door.no 2-2-185/53/1/B, opp. Sai Datta Hospital ., Road No 13 Bagh Amberpet ., Hyderabad. My SC No. V1092300.
Around 3 years ago your department people made unauthorised connection from our TRANSFORMER”s junction box which is near my Car parking ..and the wires lying on the floor .. .. I made several complaints about it .. In January 2019 a Cat which was passing near it also died..
my question is how your people made such connection from the apartment’s TRANSFORMER .. When we asked about it your people asked to give a letter from our apartment’s association.. BUT YOU NEVER TOOK OUR APARTMENT PERMISSION regarding this ..
so I request you to remove the unauthorised connection immidietly
