Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — wrong bill rs 1200 excess generated by lineman thereafter champapet ero staff also not resolved my issue even after complaining | |||
My service no is[protected] and Usc no is[protected]. I have been constantly paying My monthly bill inspite of that our billing lineman taken total 2 months units for month of April 2019 billing, eventhogh I paid my march month consumption bill through online that entry also not updated in Tsspdcl website. After that I visited my local champapet ERO to complain about this but they are responding very rudely further they made corrections in tsspdcl website in their favor. Evenafter showing my payment proofs they have not solved my issue till now. Also our lineman came to bill this month that is on 11th june after 34 days for billing because of that units and amount also increased. Please resolve my issue and take necessary action so that these kind of blunders should not be repeated again by champapet Ero staff. Was this information helpful? | |||
