I received a message on my phone today saying 'Dear customer, Electricity Bill for USC No.[protected] fir the month of Jun'16 is issued for Rs.7501. Please pay before[protected] TSSPDCL'. I do not have any such connection and this wrong bill sent to my phone number is causing immense mental agony to me.
