Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Wrong meter bill amount

The meter number in electricity meter and in bill are different, actually present bill amount is 182rs and they added DC and GST charges as 1616rs extra for this month, why they are adding this dc charges. We r not using more power, so please give clarification on this.
