Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — bus service no. 1138 (garuda) from adilabad to hyderabad - broke down - reg

A garuda plus bus with service no. 1138 has started from adilabad at 13:30 hrs for hyderabad on[protected] which broke down in between armoor and dichpally. I was travelling in the service with tsrtc ticket no. 55128970/11345833. After break down of the bus the rtc has to arrange some other bus for the passengers. But the same was not done and the passengers were left with the bus. I have made personal arrangements and left for hyderabad with private car at 20:00 hrs.

I am a b. Tech student studying in chennai. I was supposed to get another bus for chennai from hyderabad at 19:30 hrs on[protected] for which i have reserved a seat in kaveri kamakshi travels with ticket no. Kav4147166 for an amount of rs. 2600/-. But i was unable to get to hyderabad by 19:30 hrs on[protected] due to the negligence of the tsrtc and caused financial loss besides lot of inconvenience. Had the tsrtc made necessary arrangements in providing an alternate bus from the nearest depot, it would have not caused inconvenience to me.

It is requested to please inquire into the matter and make arrangements for the refund of amount put to loss.
