Sir / Madam,

Near to Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station while the buses coming from Darusalam to Chaderghat and from Chanderghat to Darusalam buses are stopping in in the middle of the way. With this the other vehicles can not passes. Please do inform to the drivers and clear off the Auto stand, then it would be better for other vehicles....

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the TSRTC bus service on Route 107. The buses on this route have not been arriving on time, and on several occasions, some buses have not even stopped at the designated bus stop, causing inconvenience to passengers.

I m currently traveling from vijaywada to Hyderabad lb nagar I've booked seats from Paytm app for Garuda plus 2+2 Bus seat number 3 and 4 but when I've arrived at bus station I was in shock

I would like to bring to your notice that today, i.e., on 5.08.2025, I got into a bus at Nagole metro station heading towards Hastinapur, which is routed from JBS to Ibrahimpatnam (route no.: 279), and the bus no. is TS03Z0326. This is Global Sales Corp. We used the services of TSRTC Cargo on 7th May 2025.
The TSRTC cargo Personnel have provided us with the LR Copy of the package, after taking in the weight parameters and invoice from us.
They have lost the package at the premises and are denying the claim.

Driver is very rude towards public. Not using horn in the turnings in the villages and rash driving. If anyone asks about the reckless driving, driver using abuse language and not at all answering to the people. When i ask about reckless driving, he is saying that he will rush bus on public. It is very rude behavior from public service employee. Please take appropriate action and your action may influence other employees' reckless behavior. Please take action as soon as possible.

I was travelling from my college to home in the evening, I have student district route pass from my village, At the time of application the route was given in reverse order by mistakenly, So the conductor said that you need to come from the college to home route in the morning and you should go in reverse in evening, and said the pass is not valid buy a ticket. He given ticket and at the time of arriving my village bus stop, he shouted loudly as I am the only person at that stop, and I came to near the door before he called the stop name. Please take action as soon as possible otherwise it will be going to be a serious matter if no action is taken.

I am one of the passenger from service number 1500 TSRTC, bus supposed to start at 12.01 AM on 15th August 2024, now the time is 3 AM, still bus not started and Driver also not assigned yet which I search from TSRTC official website and no response from TSRTC. Multiple times we called to the TSRTC Official call centre but no confirmation on the bus start time. All the passengers are suffering at the midnight with sleepless on road.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a ticket for my sister from Dhone to Hydrebad on 5th Aug 2024. Ticket number is 93954543, UID number is 9888, service code is 1768. The bus should come and pick up at 9:30AM. However this bus did not arrived to Dhone and when my sister called Driver many times his phone was not reachable and not lifting. Also after long calling he lifted phone and said he is having breakfast at bypass and will come late. Since we are loosing time we choose other bus.
My sister called me to cancel and I called customer care. Customer care says it is normal that bus will come late and trains as well come late. So as passenger we need have patience and wait. There is no provision for cancellation immediately in case service is not supporting or delay. Kindly consider public timing interest and provide service on time and provide cancellation.
