Morning hours max public are travel through bus. Public are suffering lack of buses to LB nagar and dilsukhnagar route. From morning 6.30 to 7.30 AM no buses only waiting. Public suffering a lot. Dilsukhnagar route is a prime locality. Secunderabad for every 2-5 mins number of buses are running empty. I m asking run the buses to dilsukhnagar route. Think of it. Sir / Madam,

Near to Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station while the buses coming from Darusalam to Chaderghat and from Chanderghat to Darusalam buses are stopping in in the middle of the way. With this the other vehicles can not passes. Please do inform to the drivers and clear off the Auto stand, then it would be better for other vehicles....

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the TSRTC bus service on Route 107. The buses on this route have not been arriving on time, and on several occasions, some buses have not even stopped at the designated bus stop, causing inconvenience to passengers.

I m currently traveling from vijaywada to Hyderabad lb nagar I've booked seats from Paytm app for Garuda plus 2+2 Bus seat number 3 and 4 but when I've arrived at bus station I was in shock

I would like to bring to your notice that today, i.e., on 5.08.2025, I got into a bus at Nagole metro station heading towards Hastinapur, which is routed from JBS to Ibrahimpatnam (route no.: 279), and the bus no. is TS03Z0326. I wish to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing issue faced by the residents of Tolichowki due to the failure of RTC buses to stop at the designated bus stop beneath the flyover near Hanuman Temple. Today i have given 100 rupees to the conductor. the ticket amount was 35 rupees and the conductor has written for remaining 65 rupees on back of the ticket. But i didn't get the remaining amount when i reach my destination....

Am going to duty purpose to nagarkurnool on regular in TSRTC in the same I traveled in bus No TS08UB4018 on 23/02/2024 morning the bus going to kollapur from Hyderabad. Am asking driver to bus at BSNL OFFICE NAGARKURNOOL but driver was refused and he going fast and he saying there is no stop at this point I will not stop the bus here then I said ok am requesting you please stop I have attended duty at 10 am but driver not listening my words...

I PENUMUDI UMASRI got into bus in suryapet.As it charged 360 rs, i gave driver rs.500.inspite of having scanner, he didnt telll me and took 500 Rs, and didnt give me change. at my stop when i asked for it he simply told that he has no change and took my details and told that he would transfer it via phone pe.its been more than 1week and didnt get my remaining balance. I dont know with how many people he played this trick..people will lose...

Dear TSRTC, Please add few more buses to the route ECIL to Shapur (24SS) bus. At the morning time 8-9:30 AM and evening time 6-7:30 PM people were suffering due to lack of buses. As the Loyola college was located in the Suchitra route, so many college students and general public were depending on the bus. Please add few more buses in that route. As this is my kindfull request to the TSRTC....
