Dear Sir,
This is brining to your kind attention that self booked a ticket from MIRYALAGUDA to PALVANCHA for 3 persons 1 st name G Subhashini (Mob No. [protected] Ticket booked with this number), G Leela Harika & G Leela Venaktesh with Service Number 8762 Driver Name B.Venkanna Contact Number of Driver - [protected]. Ticket Number[protected], UID-5871 & Seat Numbers - 1, 2, & 3. The has to come to MIRYALAGUDA Bus station by 12.00 PM but it came at 13.00 hrs and reached to KODAD by 14.15 hrs and stopped for lunch. Post lunch bus not got statred and till 16.00 hrs the situation is same. We requested to refund our ticket money excluding fare from MIRYALAGUDA to KODAD but the driver denied as the Ticket booked on line. Requested to kindly look into and my wife is in bustand with 2 kids from 14.00 hrs, and they failed to arrange alternate bus also not refunding Ticket fare.
May please do immediate needful.
