Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Complaint about services

I booked a ticket from godavarikhani to Bangalore, device no: 7290..
They are not providing water bottle also, when we booked online ticket it shows water bottle and blankets are available, .. considering covid-19 they stopped giving blankets, but why are they not providing water..?
I asked driver here he told me no attender came and so they're not providing water bottle.. but drivers are having water..

Date of journey: 07th August 2021, 17:30 hrs from GDK bus stop..
