GOOD MORNING SIR,
on 08/04/2023, 11:42 hours, with consignment 6421078 was loaded at ELuru(eluru to Hayathnagar), and same was reached to MGBS on 09/04/2023, 04:36AM(as per online tracking). but so far the item was not reached Hayathnagar. Regarding the issue, on 09/04/2023 I went to Hayathnagar but they are saying the parcel in MGBS only. Today morning i.e on 10/04/2023 around 10:30AM also i went toHayathnagar but they are saying same answer. finally i was contacted customer care number, they gave the contact number([protected]) of MGBS cargo in charge which is not in use. once I was called to CC they gave another number, but this time they are not lifting the phone call. at the time of loading they told that item will be delivered within a day, but 48 hours completed so far there's no response from TSRTC
