I've renewed my greater hyderabad metro deluxe pass today (I. E on 24 may 2017) at 9.39 am in srnagar bus pass renewal centre. I gave him 2000 rupees and after doing renewal he gave me back rs1000.00 (In words thousand rupees) back. Then i got confused and thinking like that's not my money, i have returned back those money back to him unknowingly... And going on my way after going for just 10 steps away (Just beside the bus pass counter) then i have recollected my mistake towards the money and suddenly went back to the same person (At 9.45 am) and explained my mistake to him and asked for my money. Then he is not giving the money and told me some reasons without a concern about the customer and avoided my pleadings towards money. He is raisi g his voice and i am pleading and requesting him a lot. This is happening for 10-15 minutes. And because of me as others are getting affected he told me to stay back for sometime. And again after other persons went off i started requesting him once again. I kept on requesting him for more 5 to 7 minutes. Then he told me to comeback at 8.00 pm today (24 may 2017) because at that time he told that daily counting will start and if any extra amount is found then he told that he will give it back. Even though i pleased him, requested him, pleaded him for the money for 20 minutes continuously. Then he asked my

Mobile number. And said that "if any extra amount is found after today night counting i (Ie bus pass person) will be calling me) then i also took his (Bus pass giving person) name and number.
His name is sai.

Solved the issue the same day night at 8.20-8.30 pm.He checked his daily acpunts and found extra money and then he gave me my money back.Thanks to that brother(Sai).

Soved the issue the same day night around 8.20-8.30 pm.He counted the daily punts and found extra money and then he gave me my money back.Thanks to that brother.
