I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely disappointing customer service experience I encountered at TGSRTC Logistics on[protected]. The interaction left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer.
On 15-07-1, at approximately [3:30 PM IST], I visited the TGSRTC Logistics office located at [Jangaon]. I approached the counter to inquire about PRODUCT delivered status 22336735. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with exceptionally rude behavior from your staff member, whose name badge indicated [staff member's name].
The staff member in question exhibited the following unprofessional conduct:
Dismissive Attitude: Despite my polite inquiry, they responded with dismissive gestures and seemed unwilling to provide information.
Lack of Courtesy: Their tone was condescending and impatient, which made me feel unwelcome.
Poor Communication: They did not explain the process clearly and appeared annoyed by my questions.
As a customer, I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. The behavior exhibited by your staff member not only reflects poorly on your organization but also creates a negative impression of TGSRTC Logistics as a whole.
I trust that TGSRTC Logistics values customer feedback and takes complaints seriously. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter promptly.
