I boarded the bus numbered ap11z6686 from jayabheri stop in hitech city on 29th of august 2019 around 8.50-9.00 am. There was a lady conductor who was there giving tickets. She was harassing everyone over change. I too had no change so she asked me to get down of the bus in spite of having her satchel full of change. After a long argument she finally gave me the ticket. She was not ready to give the change but she had to since the bus was crowded and that would have got her in trouble. The ticket she gave had wrong bus number and wrong destination and pick up point details. I wanted a ticket from jayabheri to madhapur (Image) but she gave me a ticket from kondapur x roads to guttala bpet. Moreover, the number of the bus mentioned in the ticket is ap11z6998 but when i saw the actual bus number mentioned inside the bus it was ap11z6686. First of all she misbehaves and then gives a wrong ticket. What if there had been a checking for tickets? If i had wrong ticket and was fined, was she going to pay? And what is the point of harassing people over change? Sometimes we dont have the exact change and i have travelled extensively in these buses, they normally give change. She was doing this to everyone. This type of behaviour can result in loss of business of tsrtc so its critical for tsrtc as well to curb the rate of such activities
I registered a complain about the same immediately on consumerhelpline.gov.in (At 9.43 am) and the grievance number is 1554112. Till date, i havent received any communication on the status of the complaint, it has not even been registered yet. I demand strict action on this matter. Was this information helpful? |
